Our services deliver instant access to digital insights, so refunds are not feasible once activated.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • User failing to use the service
  • Market loss or financial loss due to trades
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect plan selection by user
  • Claiming “no profit” or “loss occurred”
  • Technical issues caused by user device, internet, or platform misuse

3. Eligible Cases for Refund (Rare & Verified Cases Only)

Refunds may be processed ONLY in the following valid scenarios:

✔ Duplicate Payment

If a user is charged twice for the same transaction.

✔ Failed Payment (Amount Debited but Plan Not Activated)

If your amount is deducted but you do NOT receive access..

✔ Technical Error Caused by Payment Gateway

Verified by our payment processor.
Note: All refund requests must include proof of payment (screenshot, transaction ID, UTR number).

4. Refund Request Timeline

You must report any valid refund issue within:
48 hours from the transaction time.
Requests made after this time may not be eligible.

5. Processing Time

If your refund is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Amount will be returned via the original payment method

Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
